Please note that if any Lost or Stolen Claims are presented, TAI'MA'AÑAO will NOT be held accountable for it. Also, please be advised that TAI'MA'AÑAO is NOT responsible for any items shipped to the Wrong Address if the Shipping Address was provided by Customer at Checkout Submission. It is your obligation to check and verify your entries when and after you've made your purchases, so please ensure that you’re verifying all details before submitting your order(s).

ALL Exchanges and/or Refunds will ONLY be approved for the following reasons:
If incorrect item was sent out in error by Owner (meaning: Wrong Size, Color, or Style).
If item is still in GOOD/RESALABLE condition (meaning: Not Washed, Not Worn, Not Stained, Not Torn or Foul Odor).
If Returned Shipment is sent back within 7 DAYS of receiving it (meaning: You have 10 days within the receiving date of your package to return it). Please send a detailed email expressing your concerns to email@example.com, with “RETURNS/EXCHANGES” in Subject area.
ALL Exchanges and/or Refunds WILL NOT be approved for the following reasons:
If item was purchased on TAI'MA'AÑAO website for Sales Price, Clearance Price, or Promotional Price (meaning: if you didn’t pay full price for the item, then you don’t get a refund and/or exchange).
If item was CUSTOM MADE, upon CUSTOMER’s REQUEST (meaning: if you placed a customized order, you will not be able to return and/or exchange the item(s) because it was created specifically for you).
If item was shipped after the 7th DAY of customer receiving the shipment. Please note that as stated in the Shipping and Handling information; all items are TRACKED through the United States Postal Service, whether it’s Shipping or Receiving.
ALL Sales Tax, Shipping and Handling ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
Any items purchased through Events and/or Festivals are subject to the same terms listed above as well as the following; items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and items must have the original receipt in order to receive a refund or exchange.
